Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: Once you have signed the contract with us, you have 10 days afterwards to cancel without penalty.  After those 10 days, there will be a $500 cancellation fee. Cancelling 2 months prior to your date or sooner will result in a charge of 70% of the services you booked. The penalty fee will be charged to compensate for any business we may not have been able to take due to your reservation. We sincerely hope this doesn’t happen, but if you are not happy for whatever reason, please call us within the 10 day grace period and we will try our best to remedy the situation. 

** for the time being we are waiving penalty fees for cancellations due to the following reasons:

your venue has forced you to cancel your date.
You or your future spouse has fallen ill with COVID-19

THERE HAS BEEN A DEATH OF A CLOSE LOVED ONE DUE TO COVID-19

Although there will not be a Penalty fee under this exception, the deposit is non-refundable.
